Each session begins with a brief discussion about your lifestyle, health issues, and goals. Your coach will curate a sequence of exercises that will address your physical and mental needs to cultivate a state of well-being and help you establish a sense of inner harmony.

Food is so much more than just nutrition. It’s nourishment, energy, enjoyment, celebration, tradition, and community. Food plays a huge role in our mental health as well as physical health. And our health is more than just what we eat. Struggling with your relationship with food, chronic dieting, disordered eating, or a medical condition takes a toll on your health and takes up valuable brain space that could be used on the things that are truly important to you and add value to your life.
Focusing on your individual nutritional needs, our Dietician will work to help you establish a new relationship with your nutrition.
