Who We Are

It all began with an idea to make health care more accessible.

Our mission is to provide the Greater Lafayette Community with Holistic Wellness.

After working through the Pandemic, Rising Phoenix’s Founder, Kristina Bagnoli, discovered that many of her clients struggled to have their providers collaborate with one another in order to provide proper continuance of care. Many people, including herself, found themselves to be lost in a sea of referrals and no-callbacks or follow-throughs. Kristina decided that she wanted to create a clinic where there is interconnection and collaboration between healthcare providers.

We need to be taken care of as a whole person, not just in bits and pieces”.

At Rising Phoenix, our clients can choose from a variety of services ranging from mental health therapy, nutritional support and physical health classes to suit their personal needs for reaching their wellness goals. You choose what you need and our “Ultimate Care Team” will do the rest. We will follow-up as needed and collaborate to ensure that your individual needs are met. We will hold ourselves accountable for your continuation of care.

  • Marriage and Family Therapy

    Hi, I’m Kristina

My passion is working with individuals, couples and families who are motivated to make positive changes in their relationship and lives. I utilize Solution Focused Therapy with clients to discover strengths and focus on solutions, rather than dwelling on the problem.

Utilizing Solution Focused Therapy, I will work to help my clients find health and harmony within their lives. Rather than focusing on past experiences, SFT is a collaborative approach which concentrates on finding solutions in the present time and exploring hopes and goals for the future. By finding strengths within individuals, we can work together to explore possibilities in making positive changes within the whole family system.

In the spring and fall I facilitate 3rd Option, a 14 week faith-based marriage seminar for couples to work on strengthening their relationships. I have experience working with military veterans from my time interning at the VA Medical Center in Indianapolis in 2018. I am trained to facilitate early intervention substance and alcohol abuse education. On weeknights, I teach Get SMART® classes at Tippecanoe County Community Corrections.

  • We are partnered with a number of healthcare professionals in the community!

In your initial therapy intake, your therapist will ask you about your personal goals and work with you to connect and refer you to providers which will collaborate with the clinic to enhance your level of care and help you reach your goals.

Our mission is to collaborate with one another to ensure that we are meeting you where you are at mentally, physically and nutritionally to help you attain and maintain your desire for personal wellness.
